To provide access to quality international higher education experiences for high achieving, low income students that are committed as change makers in Africa. To help develop African students into global citizens through education

Target

USHINDI Education Initiative aims to target low and middle income high performing African students. In 2018, UEI intends to work with 30 students total with a goal of ensuring 20 students secure admission and scholarships to colleges. 

UEI Approach/model – The model focuses on 3 areas:  International College Applications, Mentorship for Leadership, Career Development and Summer Placements

Our Goals

1. To increase access to high quality higher education 

2. To prepare students to take leadership initiative in the development of the African continent 

3. To connect students to relevant training experiences that build their skills and competencies
